Before surgery. After discharge. For the journey ahead.
Ostoluxe is here to provide the specialized clinical care, practical support, and personal understanding that living well with an ostomy deserves.
Clinical expertise. Personal understanding.
Ostoluxe was born from both professional experience and a deeply personal journey.
Its founder is not only a doctorate-prepared nurse practitioner—she is also an ostomate.
After complications from Crohn’s disease led to a life-saving ostomy, she experienced firsthand what happens after the hospital stay ends: the questions, uncertainty, physical changes, complications, and adjustment that can continue long after discharge.
That experience ultimately became the foundation for Ostoluxe.
Here, patients receive care from a provider who understands ostomy management clinically— and understands life with an ostomy personally.
Because sometimes being cared for by someone who truly understands makes all the difference.
An extension of your care team—not a replacement.
Ostoluxe is designed to work alongside the healthcare professionals patients already know and trust.
We collaborate with the existing care team; colorectal surgeons, gastroenterology and IBD specialists, oncologists, WOC nurses, primary care providers, hospital teams, dietitians, home health professionals, and all other members of the patient’s care team.
Our goal is to help close the gap between hospital-based care and life at home while keeping existing providers informed and involved.
For Healthcare Professionals
Ostoluxe offers a specialty resource for patients who may benefit from rapid post-discharge assessment, high-output ileostomy management, dehydration/readmission-risk evaluation, complex ostomy management, or ongoing specialty support.
From hospital to home. We bridge the journey.
